Hi, I have a problem with plex server. I bought a dedicated server with windows server 2019 with remote control. Unfortunately I can’t get plex server (1.41.6) to work. I get the message “Not authorized You do not have access to this server. You may be able to claim it by choosing “Open Plex…” from the Plex menu in the macOS menu bar or Windows system tray. For more troubleshooting tips, see our Support Articles” The account is new. I have tried clearing the cache and restarting several times without any resolution. In the past I have used other dedicated servers without any problems. How can I solve the problem?

Is this server in your house or a hosting service?

The server is required to start up on an RFC1918 address. While remoted into the server did you try the remote server browser going to http://127.0.0.1:32400/web ?
