Default english search movie database

I have my media library set and database going ok but,

when i right click on a movie and select match it always has the top language starting with D ( cannot remember), then i click english search and all good. Also the data is alway 2019 and i have to delete that too.

Also sometime it auto matches, but not in english the D language.

My plex option are set to english.

How to i get the date removed and auto english

Edit your library
change the default language for the library on the General tab.
