Delete a user

I have tried different computers and there is no option I can see to delete a created user: when I log in, it asks me to select a user. There are 3, one is the main one I use, and 2 were created but not linked to another plex account. I want to delete these other 2 users. They show as “Managed accounts.” I tried searching the forum, but none of the suggested options appear for me. Can someone tell me what I am missing to get this done? Thanks!

Assuming you created “managed accounts”:

  1. Switch to the main user / admin of your Plex Home
  2. Go to Plex Home in the the Account Settings → https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/plex-home
  3. Hover over the managed user account you want to delete; there should be an option to delete that account

Thank you! Once logged in, I went to Settings/wrench icon, then on the left side I selected Plex Home (all within my main user access) and found the “x” when I hovered over each. Cheers!
