I have created users for my Plex account that I need to remove. The user account I want to keep is a Plex Pass account

Depends on what you mean by you created users and you want to remove them…

If you created a set of managed users as part of a “Plex Home” (as part of your own account):

Delete the users from https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing …

If you created an actual dedicated Plex account and want to delete it:

Login under that account and open https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/account … scroll down to the bottom of the account settings page, click Delete your account and confirm.

If you created an actual dedicated Plex account and want to remove it from your server:

Remove the users from https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/users-sharing …

If your server is linked to your non-Plex Pass account and you want to switch it for the Plex Pass account

  1. Open Settings > [Server Name] > General
  2. Click Sign Out (next to the Server signed in as section)
  3. Sign out from the non-Plex Pass account in the Plex Web app (click on the account profile in the top-right corner of the web app and click Sign Out)
  4. Sign in with your Plex Pass account
  5. Open the Plex Media Server through its local IP address -> http://[QNAP IP address]:32400/web
  6. Open Settings > [Server Name] > General (see #2)
  7. Click Sign In or Claim (see #3)
