Delete marked commercials

Is it possible to have Plex delete commercials that are already marked for skipping?

I want to record a show, watch it to make sure commercials are properly marked, then have Plex process the video to remove the commercials permanently.

It would be great if this were an interface option, but I’m happy to run something on the server, if needed.

No. Commercial processing in the Plex world is a serial process, record, analyze, move to final location.
