I am wondering if someone could help me. I had initially logged on with my google account, however, when I tried to access plex via a NAS there were only fields for e-mail + password. I then attempted to delete my account and sign up again with just the e-mail; now I get the message that the username is already in use.

And what was your user name or email address?
Your account has been restored.
Once you have access again, simply add a regular Plex password to your account. From then on, you can use it in a “traditional” way.
