Hello all i’m not sure why but i did a boo-boo (other than being a plum) i was using my iPad and forgot i wasn’t using the Plex App but logged in via the Web Browser and deleted my server and now don’t have a clue how to get access back even via my PC 
Go here and remove all old server tokens from your account: https://app.plex.tv/desktop#!/settings/devices/pms
Then perform this procedure to bring your server back into your plex account: https://support.plex.tv/articles/204281528-why-am-i-locked-out-of-server-settings-and-how-do-i-get-in/

PS only line i didn’t see was PlexOnlineHome=“1” but deleted the others and it came back to life (running PLEX on a Raspberry Pi Buster)
