Deleted Plex User still able to access shared library

Hi,

I recently had to reconfigure my plex media server and realized I had to reshare my library to my friend's list.

 

However I realized that 1 of my friend's who's not in my friend's list is able to view my shared library eventhough I have not shared it to them.(Noticed from the activity tab that they are accessing a content)

 

I tried to add them to my friend's list but i'm getting error: There was an error creating the share

This kinda bugs me as if I didn't noticed them accessing my content, I wouldn't know that they still have access to my library.

if you've removed them from your Shared list, then also try removing the device they use.

It may have cached token credentials/permission.

You can only remove your own devices.

I’m having this same problem. I see a deleted user/Friend can still access content.
