He was able to see the shared libraries for months, but can’t anymore. If he logs in, it just says looking for servers.
Tried using the login for another friend who has access to the same libraries, and it worked fine. Tried deleting him as a friend and adding him again. Invite process worked, but still no access. We even deleted his apple TV as a device on his account and added it to mine. Worked perfectly. So it doesn’t seem to be a connectivity issue. For now, just left the TV linked to my account, since he has no server of his own anyway (account was set up solely to access my libraries). Of course, this way, I can’t control what libraries are available.
Might need a Plex employee to look at the user to see if something’s changed with his permissions.
I shared 3 libraries with a friend and they can see it all just fine. He has attempted to share back and his plex says the invitation has been sent, yet I don’t have it in my plex or in my email. We are looking side by side and have verified the invite was sent correctly. We have tried multiple times over the course of 1 week. Also, my mobile plex app doesn’t show all of my users I share with…very odd. Any help would be appreciated!

The server is listed as ‘shared’ to your account.
Since this share is brand-new, you might have to refresh your web app.
Are you using a different Plex client than the web app?
