Deleting Camera Uploads

When I use the Camera upload feature, it seems that deleting the photo on the device does NOT remove it from the library. Is this correct? Is this changeable in settings somewhere?

Don’t get me wrong, I like this behaviour because I would like to delete the photos from my phone to save space but want them to remain in the library.

Posing the question so I can be sure before deleting

Deleting the images in whatever way the the phone regularly does deletion will not delete it from your Plex Library on your server.

deleting the image in the library within the Plex app will delete it on the server but the ability to delete is not enabled by default so the option is not there by default
