Deleting Photos in Mobile Uploads

I was initially a fan of mobile uploads in Plex, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to delete specific photos. If this is the case, this is a severe deterrent to using this feature. People have all kinds of photos on their smart phones these days, and the last thing you want is every possible photo you take to be permanent in Plex. Please advise.

Hi, You can delete file, you go on the image, then the 3 dots, “Detail of the media”, then delete.

PS: You may need to enable the right parameter in “Mediatheque” with advance setting. (my plex is in french, don’t know the english name…)

In English, Settings > Server > Library > “Allow media deletion.”

Thanks!

I’m sorry to revive this but I found that you can also push the (I)nformation icon to get the route to the image.

If you reinstalled plex app on your mobile and ended with duplicates of the photos (Like happened to me), it’s easy to go to the folder containing the photos, move all *-?.jpg photos to a safe place, refresh library and empty trash.
