DENMARK: Lots of missing channels

Did a report of missing channels today. Using Stofa full pack over fiber in Silkeborg.

Btw, if you’re using Stofa - what channel-IDs does your channels list as? Mine starts at 5000 :flushed:
I’m using a HDHomeRun HDHR5-4DT, Firmware 20200907
In the HDHomeRun Setup I only put in Modulation “qam 64” and Symbolrate “6900”. From this I get 111 channel incl radio channels.

Using You See and also miss a lot og Chanels, and it also indicates that what for me is free channels are marked af scrambled.

I am missing the local channels, TV2 Østjylland and Kanal Østjylland in my case. Not to be found on EPG, but show up in the channel list (now mapped as RAI and something else, with no meaningful EPG)

My Plex has suddenly startet loosing all the EPG guides

I can set it to update, takes for ever, counting the % up and downloading, but then again it stays empty?

Any ideas.

Same issue here as dvidebaek has reported - My provider is Stofa.
I have been using TVMosaic before Pelx and they took the guide from the DVBC signal. That worked 100% and completely automatic.

No information from Plex regarding our issues

Have the same issue, I can rescan and then get my guide back, then next morning the guide is gone, sometimes a new scan works sometimes a reboot and the a new scan is the solution. But very unstable,

@sa2000 would be great if Plex took a look at the problems we are facing in Denmark. Many channels have swedish descriptions not danish. Also many channels don’t have any info at all

Any of these relevant to the WAOO product you have ?

My provider is FIBIA Vest - Jylland (Waoo) (51 channels)

The following channels is either missing data or in a wrong language - swedish not danish

Thanks for looking at it. There have been problems since plex switched back to Gracenote
