Desktop Clients - No Players Found

Hello, I have issue with desktop plex players, I am not able to cast between web/desktop players in any way, under cast icon I have only “No Players Found” without cast button or other players as I was used to (there were duplicated records for each player when this worked AFAIK).
This option stopped working about month or so already, I am also not able to manage (play, stop, volume, choose video) from Home Assistant plugin either (which I used often), currently I can see only progress status in HassIo.
I am not trying to cast to some chrome-cast device or anything other, only manage play/stop move forward status via one plex app in another (windows to windows/home assistant to windows, windows to web/web to windows/web to web).
Clients are connected on single network (with firewall disabled), there is no DNS filtering or anything else.

  • I tried to deauthorize all clients and plex server and reauthorize it with my account again
  • installed latest version of all products
  • cleared AppData of all windows clients
  • checked that DNS request to plex.tv is not blocked
  • checked plex server logs for error without finding any

Funny is that only player that I am able to manage remotely is my Android Phone which is kind a useless because I want to manage windows clients from Phone not the other way around.
