I recently started using content that 2160p during play it stops or freezes ,normally I use 1080p, lately the 1080p has been having ghosting or glitching while watching, I am not sure if its the server or my crappy pc that I watch on.
Plex server specs are ASRock Z590 Phantom Gaming 4 board,Core i7-11700K,win 10,16gb ram,Intel(R) UHD Graphics 750.
The pc I watch one is a Dell Optiplex 9020 I5-4590,intel graphic card 4600 ,8 gb ram
My question is would a better graphic card help this old turd out?
it does not matter if I use browser or plex app on this pc. My daughter’s smart tv works good, all the tablets and phones have no issues
As you can tell I am I have limited knowledge and looking for some help.
