You can use Command+Alt+Up/Down Arrow while the app has focus to control its volume; the system master volume does not change.
It should work even w/o focus as well.
Fail. CMD+anything+up/down arrow = nothing. v3.0.3 on Catalina.
IS IT TOO HARD TO PROGRAM A VOLUME SLIDER???
Same issue as others - I like to work with music at a DIFFERENT LEVEL than system audio.
Please don’t yell.
If those keybindings don’t work, perhaps another app, started after Plexamp, is stealing them.
Restarted Plexamp for that reason, but no joy. Regardless of keybindings, why must we remember yet more invisible, undocumented shortcut key combos when there should simply be a UI volume widget.
Apologies for venting.
That aside, I have to express my joy at the stability and UX of Plex (not Amp). So happy to be a lifetimer.
I’d also like a volume slider. I use Sonos speakers with my Plex when I’m working on my Mac desktop, which is great. But I have to get up and press the volume buttons on the speaker to change it. And the command-alt-up/down combo doesn’t work for me either.
