Why doesn’t the interface of a user account automatically synchronize on all devices? I use at least 10 different devices and everywhere I have to set up the arrangement laboriously by hand. For example, if I use a new version of https://knapsu.eu/plex/ I always have to set everything up again from the beginning. For a user account the settings should synchronize automatically across all devices!

That might be a useful option, but I would not favor this change unless it is and option. I have things organized differently on my web app vs. my Roku, Shield, or phone because I use them differently.
I understand that there is work being done to sync all those settings at least to other clients of the same type.
This should be working already with the web app app.plex.tv
(and probably also with Plex for Windows/Mac.)
And it can be disabled on each device.
That looks fine. I also use clients for linux, android, firestick and so on…
