Detailed movie description is blank

Clicking the movie description when there is an ellipse present now displays a blank screen rather than the full description.

For example, a movie with a long description:

Detailed Movie Description is Blank - Part 1
Detailed Movie Description is Blank - Part 1943×530 116 KB

After clicking the text to display it:

Detailed Movie Description is Blank - Part 2
Detailed Movie Description is Blank - Part 2943×530 61.9 KB

Whilst this was working in 5.19.1 of the Samsung Tizen and XBox One app (not sure about 5.20.1) as well as v1.3.1 of the HTPC client, I assume it affects all of the latest Web TV clients that share the same code base.

I was already opening a topic to talk about it, the same thing is happening to me and it’s been about 2 weeks since it started to get this way.

We’re aware of the issue and have an internal issue logged to fix it

Thank you very much and I’m having another problem also the play trailer icon no longer appears for me in the LG app only in the web browser, is it a bug too?

I believe it was removed. You can access the trailers in the Extras section.

I can confirm this is now fixed in 5.23.1.
