Detecting intros apparently stuck

Player Version#: AppleTV 4K

I am trying to enable intro detection in my TV library and have clicked “Analyze” on an episode in a show. It’s been running for about an hour and in the activity icon it says:

  • Detecting intros:
  • [TV Show] S1

The only way I seem to be able to stop it is by restarting the server.

I just bought the Plex Pass only for this feature.

Does not matter what i do, it wont start detecting intros.

any idea?

i just bought plex pass for this feature only and it does not work.
can i refund this?
