I’ve got a strange issue going on, I was in an AirBNB a few weeks ago on a trip, signed into plex on the roku TV while I was there. I signed out before I left and removed the TV from ‘Authorized Devices’. But now a few weeks later someone is using that TV and my Guest account. The Roku isn’t showing up under authorized devices so I can’t remove it again, but I can see it under now playing.
You need to switch to the guest account in web to see the device. However, that won’t totally stop it from coming back. When using a Roku, the device gets tied to your Roku account and it can automatically re signin to Plex. You need to go into your Roku account and remove the device there.

Yikes, that’s the last time I’ll use plex out of my house. I don’t have a roku account, I’m assuming there was one logged into the TV already but I don’t have access to it. I also can’t access authorized devices when I’m viewing settings under the guest profile. If I change my plex password, would that sign me out permanently on the Roku?
I’ve got tracearr setup now to stop any streams on the guest account, but I don’t like having it signed in there.
Hmm. Not sure how to unlink your Plex account in this case. Might need an employee to chime in.
