My ex wife is still able to access my plex account to add her roku devices despite me changing my password for Plex and Google. I manually remove her devices when I see them under my account and they just keep poping back up. How do I kick her for good?
Is the Roku itself signed in with your Roku account? You should be able to unlink the device from your Roku account on your Roku account page https://my.roku.com/account
Hi, thanks for the prompt reply. Yes, I have unlinked her roku from there. I also unlinked it within Plex under manage devices. Somehow she keeps getting back in.
