Devices randomly lose connection to PMS on synology nas

Player Version#:
Synology 918+ with DSM6

This has happened for a while(months), ie across multiple PMS releases.

I will try to use plex on any of apple tv, nvidia shield tv or the web player and the player will not display my media, saying it can’t connect to the server.

Click on try to reconnect on the device does not fix.

On the server it is still running. I have even tried stopping and re-starting PMS, but that doesn’t fix it.

The only fix is to reboot the NAS. Then I can see the media again in the device.

I’ve attached logs for when it last occurred yesterday evening.

I’m hoping to resolve it because it feels like it’s starting to happen more often.
