Same issue now on LG TV after installing the latest update on the server.
Same here! I upgraded the server and now I’m getting this error on my LG TV. I tried turning off, unplugging, and hitting the power button to completely discharge my TV and the issue persists. It gets stuck on the BUDAPEST error diagnostic. iOS app on my iPad is fine, only the TV has the problem
I’m having the same issue after the latest update. 
it’s so annoying when an update does more harm than good.
I rolled back to the previous version, which solved the issue temporarily. Would be nice to know from Plex when it’s safe to update. I presume the updates are there for a reason

I am having the problem on my Lg tv as well but I do not know how to roll back to the previous version. Any help would be much appreciated.
I used this method I need to rollback from the latest Plex update
I just got kicked off Plex today and I cannot log back in. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I can log in on my phone and my windows app without any problems.
The error I am getting is Diagnostic - Budapest
I also got Diagnostic - Paris once
I get this error while trying to generated a pin to log the app into my server.
Any support would be much appreciated. Thank you!
Having the same problem, Error Code Budapest. All was fine yesterday. I have tried uninstalling the app from my LG TV and then reinstalling. No Joy.
The Plex App on my QNAP NAS indicates a new version is available but the NAS will not install it. I can try a manual install and will do so next. It is disappointing that Plex does not respond!!!

Same issue. SAMSUNG smart TV getting the diagnostic -Budapest error.
Any solution yet? Last reply was 17 days ago and nothing from Plex Support.
