Did anyone notice some plex web settings are not successfully being saved?

Player Version#: Version 4.92.0

I salute the community, I promise to contribute with valuable help and additional tips to forum members, whenever possible.

At plex web general settings, the 24hr option is saved only temporarily until system reboots, after the reboot it turns back to 12hr.

At plex web quality settings, I switched the video quality to maximum, countless times, it switch back to 2mbps, 720p after system reboots.

Also, at the plex web subtitle settings, the small subtitles size is saved only temporarily until system reboots, after the reboot it switch back to normal size.

Anyone else with the same issues? Any idea what’s causing this?

These settings are saved in a cookie in your web browser.
These days, browsers often throw them away when they are closed.
You need to tell your browser to explicitly keep cookies from the domain plex.tv.

I see then, I will set exception rules to my browser cookies settings. Thanks OttoKerner, that was very helpful.
