Did the way PLEX web service is accessed change?

I have updated PLEX after I was away for a longer time. Because I have a provider NAT, I also have a (paid) service to bypass said NAS with my own IP address. Port 32400 is forwarded on my local router and on the static IP address. Other services (e.g. 443) are reachble perfectly well, but when I try :32400/web, all I get is “refused connection”. I already checked the firewall - 443 and 32400 are set to be allowed from anywhere.
