Difference in name of file in TVDB and Plex

Hi Team,

I can see there is a difference in the name that I have given in my tvdb and in plex . It is working fine for movies and facing issues only with TV shows. It started happening very recently. Could you please tell me if there was any change that went in recently which is causing the issue. Also, please provide me the steps so the names of the file in TVDB match in Plex. Thanks in Advance

There was not that as far as I am aware.

Provide a real example of the file name what it matched incorrectly to and we can probably tell you the issue.

All shows should be like

DriveVolume/TV/Showname (YEAR) {tvdb-12345}/Season 01/Showname (YEAR) S01E01 whatever info.mkv

where DriveVolume/TV is the folder in the library set up

the {tvdb-12345} is the tvdb ID the new Plex TV Series agent can use to help match the show
