Do you experience this issue for all shows or only some?
From what I can see in the logs, some of your content should match ok while others are set to fail due to naming or folder structures.

Examples where I expect Plex to fail / ignore your files:

  • Ruouni Kenshin files that are directly located in Z:\
  • [Kirion] Tales of Zestiria the X, Tonari no Seki-kun, Strike the Blood, [AnimeNOW] K-Project, Bakemonogatari, Kaiba, Tenges Toppa Gurren Lagann and more have no recognizable sXXeYY pattern (Plex doesn’t like plain absolute numbers for episodes)
  • Strike the Blood is organized by what appears to be a box name (Strike the Blood I-III + OVAs while the subsequent files are named by season(?) I, II, III (on top to the previous bullet point)
  • Mondaini-tachi.2013.S01.1080p.BluRay.DA.FLAC2.0x264-Hi10P-RASETSU as a folder name is highly unlikely to match
  • Bakemonogatari has a 2-layer tv-show folder naming (Bakemonogatari\Bakemonogatari\) before the actual (bad) file name)
  • Prince of Tennis has a mix of absolute numbered files and files following the sXXeYY naming schema (kind of)

Issues that might not block the files from being added but could help in the long term:

  • be consistent and group episodes in season folders (you do that for some of your shows but not all of them)

For the best user experience I strongly recommend to follow the naming schema proposed by Plex. This is also because Plex can be a bit picky when it comes dealing with tv-show type files and their folder structures.
As for the schema… the key idea is to stick to the folder structure as well as the naming.
Example:

Z:\TV Shows
  Show Name
    Season XX
      Show Name - sXXeYY - Optional information.ext
      Show Name - sXXeYY.ext

More specifically…

Z:\TV Shows
  Ruouni Kenshin
    Season 02
      Ruouni Kenshin - s02e01.mkv
      Ruouni Kenshin - s02e02.mkv
      Ruouni Kenshin - s02e03.mkv
      Ruouni Kenshin - s02e04.mkv

  Tonari no Seiki-kun
    Specials
      Tonari no Seiki-kun - s00e01.mkv
      Tonari no Seiki-kun - s00e02.mkv
    Season 01
      Tonari no Seiki-kun - s01e01.mkv
      Tonari no Seiki-kun - s01e01.mkv
      Tonari no Seiki-kun - s01e01.mkv
      ...
      Tonari no Seiki-kun - s01e21.mkv

thank you bro , now its working
