Differences in “Home” screen order

I have set my libraries to only show the newly added for movies and tv shows on my (and my shared user’s) home screen.

On my web browser, you can see that it shows Continue Watching, followed by Recently Added Movies, then Mother’s Day movies (that is a library that we created that we set to show) and below that is the Recently Added TV Shows

On the Windows Plex App, it shows Continue Watching, then Recently Added Movies, then Playlists followed by Live TV (which is turned off and shouldn’t be showing…and doesn’t elsewhere).

The iOS app looks very close to it, except there isn’t any Live TV.

So, why are they different and how do I get them to be the same (and like the web interface).
