Different public IP than detected

Hello! I have problem that I am behind double-Nat, and can not control first NAT, but I managed to get 1 port forwarded for me, however first NAT has multiple public IP and they forwarded it from different public ip than server automatically detects, and they do not want to forward from other public ip. Is there a way to manually set not only port but also public ip?

Server Version#: 1.23.5.4862 / 4.59.2
