Hi.
we have just bought a new pc and bought a plex pass. we have installed the server onto the new computer and created accounts for all the family. whenever we try and find the server it takes ages and then we get an error saying direct connections unavailable. we have the lasted versions of the plex on all devices.
Does the new computer run any firewall software ?
