Why have these settings (direct play/initial/total buffer setting) been removed from Nvidia Shield - but are still available on the Samsung TV app and Mac OS Plex Media Player app which both work very nicely with custom buffer settings?! How can we configure things correctly for our network without these settings on The Shield???
