Direct play Playback Error LG TV

Summary:
MP4 Movie files will not play via Direct Play on my LG TV.
Plex Media Server Version#: 1.24.5.5173
Player Version#: 5.27.3

Setup:

  1. PMS running on Raspberry Pi 3, Server Version 1.24.5.5173. Connected via LAN to router with static IPv4 192.168.1.35, and port forwarding set to 32400.
  2. Media Stored on WD MyCloud (NAS). Connected via LAN to router with static IPv4 set to 192.168.1.16
  3. LG 75UP8070PUA TV, webOS version 03.20.65 connected via LAN to the router. LG Plex App Client Version 5.27.3 and Platform Version 6.2.0.
  4. Router: IPv6 disabled, speed up to 700 Mbs

Issue details:
MP4 files in Movies library will not load when Direct Play option is selected. After spinning wheel for 30 seconds, the LG Plex App gives the “Playback Error - An unexpected playback problem occurred.” error. I have tried several different MP4 files, which I know work on my iPhone 8 Plex App. When I disable Direct Play/Direct Stream, the LG Plex App will play the file but buffer every 10 seconds as the Pi is transcoding. See below for the logs. There is a warning that seems relevant, but I don’t know how to interpret it:

Troubleshooting I have already tried:

  1. All software/firmware are up to date. I even deleted the Plex App on the LG TV and reinstalled.
  2. Restart of TV and PMS.
  3. PMS DLNA enabled/disabled.
  4. PMS Server support for IPv6 disabled, disabled on router as well.
  5. LG Plex app advanced settings show Allow Insecure Connections Always, and Prefer Insecure Connections settings: Always. I have tried Both set to On same network as Server.
  6. LG Plex app Subtitles are OFF.
  7. LG Plex app Maximum H.264 Level is 5.1, but I have tried setting it to “none”
  8. LG Plex app Audio settings Dolby Digital (AC3) only, as well as Dolby Digital Plus (EAC3), and DTS (DCA).

I am a long time user of the forum, but after a fair amount of troubleshooting and searching other posts I cannot figure it out. Any help would be great.
