Is there a way to disable the new background blur while browsing the library?
I have noticed this seems to cause latency while browsing the library.
From what I’ve seen on other clients, it’s supposed to take a moment until it’ll switch the background blur to accommodate the selected poster. Admittedly on other clients this change seems to be a bit smoother (less abrupt).
TL;DR: you cannot disable this behavior.
side note: PMP does not have this feature (nor does its successor, Plex HTPC).
We would also like to have the option to disable this behavior. Thanks for posting this topic.
