Disable library scanning on a pe-library basis

I have a premium music library that is large and invariant. I would like plexmediaserver to never scan for changes but I DO want it to scan other libraries as they are actively updated regularly. How can I mark this one library as static (not to be scanned)?

Since I needed this functionality, I moved all of my Music to a different server. It solved the problem on the primary server but the new system hosting the music has not been very stable. Troubleshooting that now in the PMS - Desktop section.
