Disable minimizing player during end credits?

I like that the end credit skip has been implemented, but I don’t really like that the player now automatically changes to a minimized view during the end credits. I would prefer for the picture to still stay full size while showing a skip credits button. Which is apparently what happens in some other players if I understand it correctly.
Is there a setting to disable this behaviour, I can’t find anything in settings which sounds related.

Solution has been given in this thread, and it works, you need to disable the feature completely until it is patched, apparently it is buggy for some because once shrunken you cannot restore it back to fullscreen - at least I can’t and others.

I agree having a small text block like during “skip intro” would be preferred, they can even put a small thumbnail of the next episode to start playing that like netflix does. But turning the active video into a thumbnail sucks. Especially so if there’s post credits content - like next episode previews.

I agree. like I said in another thread:

For TV shows it makes a lot of sense, but for movies I’d rather just have the “Skip Credits” button appear without the video shrinking into a small window. I often like to let the credits roll for movies, and to have them shrink automatically is always very distracting and immediately gets me out of the experience. (I’m using an Apple TV for client, if it makes a difference.)

That’s why after some testing, I decided to enable the credits video markers for my TV show library, but NOT for my movie library. If we eventually get the option to stop the video automatically shrinking into a small box, I would definitely enable credits video markers for my movies too.

I personally dislike this for TV shows, too. Some shows have a preview of coming episodes mid-way through the credits. Bottom line, the video should not shrink automatically unless the user wants it to.
