Disable "Plex Tuner Service"

I’m running the latest PMS build on my WD My Passport Wireless Pro and it’s pretty good but I’ve noticed that Plex is starting the “Plex Tuner Service” when the service starts. I don’t believe this device has the ability to run a tuner so it’s a little strange that this is happening (especially when there’s no tuner configured).

Checking the plexmediaserver.sh file I can see the following:

export PLEX_MEDIA_SERVER_DEFAULT_PREFERENCES="ScannerLowPriority=true&DlnaEnabled=false

Is there an value that we can add to prevent the tuner service from starting? I know it sound silly but this system is so low powered that every little bit really does help.

Currently I’m renaming the binary to prevent it from running and this works but every time I update the server I have to remember to do it again. This is annoying. :slight_smile:
