Disable Sonic scanner analysis?

Hi guys.

I dont use my plex server for music. Every day i see its running and scanning 0 albums for ages.

Is there an option to totally disable it?

Edit your Music library and under Advanced untick Sonic Analysis ?

Still its scanning for albums…

Located the option in settings now :slight_smile:

Can you advise where in settings you discovered it please? Ta!

General server setting:

Settings > [Server Name] > Library > Analyze audio tracks for sonic features
Set to Never to not perform sonic analysis

On the library level:

⋮ > Manage Library > Edit... → Advanced > Sonic Analysis
Uncheck to exclude that library from sonic analysis
