No subtitles on a particular show on ATV even with forced Transcoding

Server : PMS ver 0.9.7.28.33  (NAS synology version)

Clients : Plex home theater 1.0  / ATV PlexConnect up to date (with git pull on 10th january 2014)

 

Hello,

 

I've got a strange problem, i Search on related topics but cannot find an answer that has worked for me;

 

My ATV client via plexconnect does not display any subtitles for ONE particulary show(other TV shows the subtitles are displaying correctly), BUT my other client onto a macmini display the subtitles for this same show.

 

So I check all the possibilities that I've found on the Forum:

-Transcode set on the ATV settings

-while playing pressed menu button and select the subtitle to be shown

 

No subtitles are visible just for this show... I tried other version of .srt of course..weird
