Disabled Secure Connections by Accident

I’m running my PMS on Windows 10 and I was trying to fix remote access for a friend and stupidly I accidentally disabled secure connections on my server.

I can no longer access my server to change any settings for the usual UI, can anyone advise how I can fix this?

If you disabled secure connections, you should still be able to access your server insecurely via

http://192.168.x.x:32400/web
