Secure connections disabled but still cannot access server on web app

Secure connections is turned off in setting but still can’t access my server from PC’s on my home network via the web app.

Think I solved it by turning on secure connections. Seems a bit non intuitive to not be able to access with it disabled, but in any event it’s working now.
