Disabling Direct Play on AndroidTV

I use several Plex clients around the house including the web client, windows, OSX, IOS, LG WebOS and Android TV clients.

I have no issues at all with most clients.

The WebOS client does have issues with some media, but disabling Direct Play and forcing my server the transcode solves this (My server supports hardware transcoding so it’s no real issue).

Again with my Android TV boxes (R69 Plus, Android 14), some media falls over when playing. However, for the life of me I can’t find a way to turn Direct Play off - the settings page is completely different to the other clients.

I also have the same problem. I have several H265 media has problem while it played on Plex. and I found out if I disable the Direct Play and Direct Stream, it could solve this problem.
However, I could disable those two options on Apple TV, Web Client, Mac Client, and iOS Client, but could not disable them on Chromecast, which is the client most need to disable.
