I have updated to all the latest versions, but am still seeing this on Plex Media Player (the web view).
I think the issue is possibly the plex web app which is why updating PMS helps, as it uses a newer version of the plex web app
But the Plex Media Player is still running an old version of the plex web app.
Any chance we can get a updated PMP with the newer web app.
