Local Web, No image/artwork (after it flips and disappears), so there is also no play button, edit icon, more info ellipses, mark watched, etc. Just an empty off color rectangle where the artwork used to be.

I assure you, there are plenty of users who use Plex web locally. Including most of the developers because when testing/developing they connect via IP to their local dev machines.
