When I try to edit my background, banner or poster art none of them will load. It shows the outline of the boxes and they quickly disappear without showing the artwork. I’ve updated to the latest Plex server update and it’s still doing this. Anyone else having this issue? I just added a new show and I don’t like the artwork that was automatically added and I can’t change it. It’s doing this in every single library I have for TV Shows, Movies and Home Videos.
After loading Plex in another browser (Microsoft Edge) I was able to see the artwork and change it, after going back to my main browser (Chrome) suddenly all the artwork is showing as normal where it was not before. So apparently by changing one image in a different browser it corrected the issue, very weird glitch. Anyone out there from Plex please keep and eye out for this issue in case it crops up again or gets worse.

That is EXACTLY what it was doing when I tried to change artwork! I’m glad I’m not the only one who experienced this.
There is another post in the PlexPass section(which you don’t have access to) with the same issue.

I do use adblock in Chrome so maybe that’s a possibility. However I’ve been using adblock for years as I’ve been using Plex and never experienced this issue until today. Also I’ve not turned adblock off and Plex is loading everything fine even with it on, so who knows.

Was having the same problem as of this morning. This fixed my issue!!! Hooray!
Just started doing it again with the posters and banners not showing up. Set my ad blockers to greenlist plex.tv and now everything is loading. Just don’t enable them on the site and everything loads fine. Thanks for the info rlewandowski23.
