This is a strange story so I’m going to start at the end…
I have a library for my movies. After a library scan half of them disappear. The files are on a NAS. I have tried contacting as guest, Plex, and admin. If I edit the library to browse to the folder Plex finds everything again. But on following scan half of them disappear.
I have three other libraries that did not seem to be impacted by this problem. This seems like a permission problem, but where to start. Any ideas would be great appreciated.
The story starts with a migration from an 2012 Mac mini to a more recent one. But I am not sure that this is relevant.
