Virgin Hub 5 router - Plex on Synology DS420+. With Hub 5 in MODEM mode then all my Plex thumbnails show on my TV. With Hub 5 in ROUTER mode then I get no thumbnails at all. Have reset Hub, uninstalled and reinstalled PMS on the NAS, but nothing will fix the disappearing thumbnail issue.
Does anyone have a clue what is happening here?

DNS issue maybe. Try using Google DNS
Does that router have any built in ad blocking or similar?
DNS is fixed on a Hub 5 and cannot be changed unfortunately. It is beginning to look more and more likely that the Hub 5 be put in modem mode and a decent wifi router attached to it instead.
