I want to use Discover because I like the trailer section, but it always shows “Trending on Apple TV”, I don’t have it set in my list of services (I have non-checked off). Any chance this bug will ever be resolved? Its been since Discover was introduced. The only way to remove it is to disable discover completely.
I do not have, nor have I ever added AppleTV to my services. I have it on my list too. However, it doesn’t show up for me until the very last section for my Discover.
I wish I could select the categories too. So many of them seem to be duplicates, and there are some I wish would never show up (“Nothing But Net”? I detest sports movies)
I assume some deal was struck with Plex and Apple TV for it, but it would be nice to know that so I can stop wondering why they haven’t fixed a seemingly easy bug to fix for the last 5+ years.
