I have had a plex account for 2 years and for a few weeks now, I no longer have the “Discover” menu.
I can’t see the "Activity / Find Friend / My profile " Menu.
If i copy/paste the link “https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/media/tv.plex.provider.discover?source=home” I have this error message : “We’re having trouble finding this page. It may have been deleted”
I am the server admin and I can see this menu before.
My wife (unmanaged account but added to the plex pass) sees these items.
Do you have idea ?

Make sure that you don’t have any web browser add-ins activated. Or have some “internet filter” active on your local network or in your computer.

I don’t think the problem is at this level, to see my wife’s items I just did “change user” on the same browser, same computer and same network…
And I only use “Adblock”, which I disabled for a test; no effect.
It means you became her user.
So this means it is rooted at the user account.

Hum… We have the same parameters
I have modified my setting to “disabled for managed users” and it’s ok now, i see the discover menu.
We havn’t a parameters to activate for all user ?

Discover cannot be enabled at this time, because there is no age-related filter for all the kids (which is what managed users often are).
