Discover Tab empty on one device

I have a strange issue, where my Discover Tab (“Popular”) stays empty, only reporting “This folder apperas to be empty” on one of my devices (Samsung A52s).
Friendlist, Activity and Watchlist are working, though.

On other devices logged on to the SAME account, like my Fire TV or Shield TV or a Samsung S21 Discover Tab works as normal.

Anybody has an idea whats happening here?
It’s the same on all full accounts in my Plex Home.
