DLNA Server is no longer launching when Plex launches

Recently the DLNA server app doesn’t execute when I open Plex. Tried toggling DLNA in the settings, checked my registry values and they correspond to the toggle, but unless I open the program manually, it doesn’t execute. Any ideas? Is it showing up in other people’s Task Manager when they launch Plex Media Server?
