Docker server on Raspi 4 stuck at 100% CPU and logs date 1 January 1970

OS: Rasbian on Raspberry Pi4, running up to date (updated everything yesterday, after running into this issue)
Server Version#: Docker release 1.21.0.3711 (Updated AFTER running into this issue)
Player Version#: Latest

I have a Raspberry Pi 4 4GB running docker for Plex, Sonarr, Radarr, QBittorent etc.
It’s been running fine for a few months, until this week.

I noticed the Plex server was available in the Player but unresponsive. Server settings are also mostly unavailable. I was able to open the log and saw that a lot was going on but the timestamps were set at “Jan 01, 1970 01:…”. The docker timestamps are fine.

SSH’ing onto the machine and running Glances shows me that the Plex docker image is using 100% of the CPU.

I recently lost power to my Raspi and I believe that may have been the start of this but I am not certain.

Last thing I tried was I SSH’ed onto the machine and reverted the Databases to older versions from November, both com.plexapp.plugins.library.db and com.plexapp.plugins.library.blobs.db without it having any effect.

I have been trying to find similar issues online but have so far not succeeded. Does anyone have an idea on what to do?

I was unable to open the “Troubleshoot” option on the server but I could extract the most recent “Plex Media Server.Log”: https://pastebin.com/Q6651sbZ
